We chose our local small batch and award winning Marlow Gin as the base of our Negroni for its citrus notes - the perfect complement to the grapefruit and orange notes of Campari. Mixing it with a complex and herbal Italian Amaro to give it its signature bittwesweet flavour.
Best served very cold over ice, garnished with an orange wheel whilst listening to our Disco playlist, including tracks from Discotron and Purple Disco Machine to remixes of Dua Lipa and Disclosure.
