The delicious looking cake topper is made from wood. Each element has been hand painted and then the layers assembled.
With a choice of birthday phrases, the card is finished with a little glitter and colourful gems for some extra pizazz!
The card is blank inside for your own message and comes with a flecked kraft envelope.
