HOW TO PROVIDE A PHOTO
We'd recommend taking a front on, clear photograph with a digital camera or smartphone. Photos are best when taken in good natural light, in high resolution, and without a flash allowing the camera to focus. We may need to crop your image down but please note that if your original photo is taken at an angle or your image is curled then some of the background or white border may remain in the scan. Please see our exemplary image for how best to take your photo.
After you have placed your order, go to 'my orders'. Here you can click 'contact the seller' and attach the image. Please ensure that your image is high resolution and of no less than 800kb.
Please don't scan your original baby scan, as the heat could damage it!
