How to provide an image:
We'd recommend taking a front on, clear photograph with a digital camera or smartphone. Photos are best when taken in good natural light, in high resolution, and without a flash allowing the camera to focus. We may need to crop your image down.
After you have placed your order, go to 'my orders'. Here you can click 'contact the seller' and attach the image. Please ensure that your image is high resolution and of no less than 800kb.

Delivery info
Standard delivery is with Royal Mail and delivery time frames are estimated unless an Express Delivery option is chosen at the checkout.
Express delivery requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the item will be taken to your local Royal Mail Collection office and a card left with instructions as to how to collect or rearrange delivery of your item.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
