Traditional 6th Wedding Anniversary Gift - Iron Bookmark for lovers of handmade curiosities. A totally unique, hand forged bookmark featuring our signature stripy finish

The Iron bookmark is made in our forge using hammer & anvil, the stripy surface texture formed by repeated hammer strikes whilst the Iron is red hot. Once cooled down the surface of the metal is hand sanded, polished, and then coated with wax to create a protective and attractive patina.

The result is an original and functional piece of art and the classiest bookmark in town!!

The bookmark is stripy on one side and can be hand-stamped on the roughly polished back with a few initials or digital date (12.1.12) - or left blank if you prefer.
