Handmade using recyled whole capiz shell pieces, each one unique. Capiz, or mother of pearl, comes from the inside lining of an oyster that is abundant in Indonesia. The oysters inside the capiz shells are edible and, rather than wasting the shells, we purchase the recycled food by product and turn them into beautiful, sustainable light fixture
