The notebook has 38 plain pages (76 sides) - which are made from 90gsm uncoated recycled paper. It has a 300gsm uncoated recycled cover and is stapled together in two places. The notebook is perfect bound, which means it has a 6mm square spine - when it is open and in use or closed it lies flat.
