Our Story

We are Concrete & Cacti. We handcraft our own concrete pots, planters and homewares in our Yorkshire studio, and pair them with beautiful easy-care houseplants!

Starting up a little over a year ago, just when the pandemic hit and working as a Designer in a local studio, I combined my love for the rustic understated material that is concrete with my beautiful plants, and Concrete & Cacti was born.

We love a world with less plastic; we use biodegradable packaging and natural products so making sure we're as friendly to the environment as we can be, it's really important to us.

I’ve always loved the beauty of handcrafted work, especially concrete as each item is unique with it’s own perfect imperfections, no two pieces will ever be the same. It's like baking really... from the size of the pot and the way the pattern takes shape, to the colour of each spoonful of mix and the air bubbles that naturally occur, a perfectly matching pair is fairly impossible (in a good way!)

Terms and Conditions

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this must be done within 24 hours of receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
