Each order is custom made just for you, so feel free to make design and wording tweaks. It is very important to us that your stationery reflects your day perfectly.
Once you have ordered please send us any wording you would like to include via the 'ask the seller a question’ button and we will produce a draft for you to review within 7 days. You can then make as many changes as you like until you are happy that this is the perfect stationery for you. Your design will not be printed until you have approved the proofs.

Delivery times can vary depending on the amount of changes needed. Once proofs are approved dispatch will be within 2 weeks (3 weeks for letterpress printing). If you have a particular date that you would like to receive your stationery by let us know and we may be able to accommodate.
*PLEASE NOTE* Samples are non personalised and will be dispatched within 3 days of purchase.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
