All our products are hand made. Most of our products are made of hand-selected pinewood planks. We also use, oak, ash and other materials upon request. The majority of our products are made in Industrial Style and tightly close to Minimalism. However, we are constantly developing our range and looking for more offbeat ideas and products.
Solid wood is a natural living, breathing material that ages over time.
It has characteristics that include cracks in the wood, knots, mineral deposits, inclusions, as well as grain and pigment variations (sometimes filler or a wood patch is required). However, they do not interfere with the structural integrity of the piece, but instead give each piece its unique character.
Seasoning and drying the wood reduces splitting and warping, but some natural movement is to be expected. Variations in height, width or depth for all pieces may vary by as much as one inch.
Use coasters or placemats to help prevent marks or stains. Wipe the item clean with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
Each item is hadcrafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the wood or metal work are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike.
