Variations
You can also choose to send this order direct to the recipient; perfect if you're overseas or in a hurry. A card chosen with this option will have the message printed in the card exactly as typed in the text box and sent in the kraft brown envelope directly to the delivery address provided. We will not send the receipt to the recipient. A card sent direct will not include the cellophane bag or rigid envelope.
Your card will be sent to the delivery address you select at checkout. If you are sending direct to your recipient please ensure that the delivery address is correct. Any orders placed where the customer address and delivery address is the same, we'll assume you're giving the card yourself and will package with a blank envelope.
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your
specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a
hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken
are non-refundable, unless faulty.
