These leather patches are the perfect way to personalise your rucksack, jacket sleeve or pocket, or to mend an old favourite. Handcrafted in the UK.
Variations
Perfect for Dad this Father’s Day if he’s a keen adventurer and loves to be outdoors – a reminder of home when he’s out on the road. The centre of each patch is printed with a “Heart & Soul” cross motif, personalised with Dad’s initials and special year, whether it’s to commemorate the year of his trip, his birth year or an important family date. You can also include a personal message around the edge of the patch to have with him on his adventures.
Our patches are made from sustainably sourced natural leather and come with pre-punched holes around the circumference so they are easy to sew onto bags and accessories. Each patch also has an adhesive back to help with positioning while you stitch. (Stitching is required!)
Simply enter the message for the top and bottom half of the patch, plus initials and year in the personalisation options.
