    Our Salted Caramel sauce is made using locally sourced Halen Dewi sea salt and Welsh cream, giving a smooth, indulgent and salty flavour.

    Made in small batches in Cardigan, West Wales using locally sourced Welsh cream, butter and salt. Our sauce has a very adaptable texture depending on your required use - simply heat it up for pouring over your dessert or put it in the fridge for spreading on a cake. Simply whip our caramel with a drop of cold cream to create a beautiful caramel cream - perfect for all your baking needs!
