From our small studio and workshop in Derbyshire, we make all our prints to order. Each is bespoke printed with your own photograph and wording.

Then type in the personalised special message that you would like printing under the pet photograph. We will use our discretion to give you the best layout, but if you have a specific layout in mind please let us know or use // to show us where you would like a line break.

If sending as a gift we offer delightful a gift box, just select when placing your order.

After you have placed your order you will need to follow these instructions to send us your photograph:

Log on to your notonthehighstreet.com customer account Click your name at the top of the page and go to ‘My Orders’ Find the relevant order and click the blue ‘Contact Seller’ button; and upload your photos using the text box at the bottom of the page If you have any problems uploading your photograph please call the Customer Service Team on 0203 318 5115.

Please bear in mind that the image will be square, so if the image you send us is rectangular it will be cropped to a square. Images where people are closer together work best and avoids anyone being cropped out. Send us the highest quality image you have, if sending an image taken with an iPhone please send as 'Actual Size'.

Please double-check all the details of your order to make sure everything is right, as once printed your print cannot be changed.
