All you have to do is add pork, It’s that easy! - Everything else that you need is in the packet. Inside the kit is a fancy printed black pudding casing, a filling bag to pipe out your meat mix and twine to tie up your masterpiece ready for the pan.

There are some fab photo instructions too that give a step-by-step guide to the whole process … it really is a food course in a box.
