- Please ensure you send us a high- resolution photo. Ideally the orignal taken fom the camera or phone.

Orders with no proof selected:
- If you have selected not to see a proof we will design and print your order within 1-2 days.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all the details you have entered are correct and any errors once printed will not be refunded.

*** Please note: We highly recommend ordering the digital proof to check and approve before printing. This is where any changes can be made once you see the proof.
*** For personalised art prints please confirm proof within 24 hours to ensure it gets to you within the delivery date ***
- Once your order has been placed, we will get in touch via your 'order enquiry' to get all the information so we can create a digital proof.
- A digital proof will be emailed to you via your 'order enquiry' within 24-48 hrs of accepting the order (excluding weekends).
- On receipt of your digital proof, please fully review and check your designs. Once your designs have been personalised and sent to print, no further changes can be made.
