Xlarge: The kit contains enough ingredients to make one extra Large Christmas Tree and even some more Christmas cookies. The size of the tree is approx 27cm/ 10in high.
You can order your Gingerbread Christmas Tree kit now and choose when to be shipped. So you can have fresh ingredients and Freshly made Royal Icing closer to Christmas. If you chhose the box to be shipped later please message us your wished date and we will do our best to fullfill your request.

Cookie mix: WHEAT flour, Brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder
Royal Icing Mix: Icing Sugar, White Egg Powder, Food colouring gels
Food colour gel contains: Glucose, Sugar, Water, Anti-caking agent (Potato Starch), Colour (Brilliant Blue), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Agar), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).3
Allergy Advice:
ALLERGY: the recipe contains EGGS, GLUTEN, DAIRY PRODUCTS.
How to store:
Cookie Mix: store in a cool dry place.
Royal Icing Mix; store in a fridge for up to 5 days. Before use leave it in room temp for 20 min before you start decorating the cookies. It is totally normal for royal icing to separate when it is being stored. If needed please remix it again by rubbing the piping bag gently until the mix gets soft and consistent.
