    Our cold pressed rapeseed oil is a light, golden coloured oil that has a mild nutty flavour and aroma. It contains Omega 3,6 and 9, as well as being high in vitamin E and having the lowest saturated fat content of any commonly available oil. Due to its mild flavour and high smoke point it is ideally suited for frying, roasting and grilling. However it is equally suited to creating fabulous dressings or simply drizzled onto bread.

    Our Apple Balsamic Vinegar is a fantastic variant to the classic Italian Balsamic. It has a rich balsamic flavour and consistency, that follows through with a mouth tingling cidery punch. It can be used in sauces where the hint of apples carries through or drizzled over salads or in a marinade.
