Delivery

- We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days.

- All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via tracking service.

- When parcel is booked in for delivery it will be collected by our courier within 1 working day, -

- Shipping time during Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Christmas and Easter Holiday may different.

- Our Art is not a shelf stock - it is made-to-order (custom-made) and cannot be returned unless is delivered as faulty or damage.

- Images are for display purpose only. Colours may be slightly different due to monitor or mobile device screen settings.

- We do offer many Art sizes which may be different than shown - please refer to our size guide

Returns:

- We offer 30 days return policy for damage or faulty items only.

- All issues and errors should be reported within 14 calendar days and item should be returned within 30 days from purchase date with all accessories.

- We do our best to make sure that your order is delivered in the same condition as we posted. In rare occasion that your order will be delivered as damage we would kindly ask to provide photos of damage item and packaging. We would then be able to provide faster and better solution how to help you.
