This personalised birthday card shows a record label with the number one song on any date. It's a brilliant card for a mum or dad, son or daughter or a friend who loves music.
You personalise the front of the card with a birth date and a personalised message for the front of the card. It makes a lovely little keepsake. You can also include an optional printed message inside the card.
The card is available at size 7x5 inches on 280gsm card or on premium 330gsm card at a larger size (A5 - size 5.8x8.3 inches). Cards include a blank envelope. Also available as a print (unframed, framed or on canvas). For prints, framing is not included in the print price but is available to buy via the 'Size' drop down menu.
