PERSONALISED NAME: If your custom name is 4 characters or less, we'll print it twice on the mug, so it can be seen from both sides of the mug. If your custom name is 5 characters or more, we'll wrap the name round the whole mug, and perhaps add a random icon or two, depending on the length of your custom name and how it looks best.
PERSONALISED MESSAGES: There's room for two good length messages on this mug, one at the top left and one at the bottom right. Each message is optional and can be up to 72 characters long.
IMPORTANT!: Your order will be sent by 2nd class post so please order in plenty of time! We can't offer an express service on this mug - sorry!
