Our award winning salted caramel is handmade from deeply cooked sugar and fresh Normandy butter, scented with Madagascan vanilla pods and finished with flakes of the finest hand harvested sea salt. The caramel is encased in a crisp shell of our luxurious grand cru dark chocolate, hand decorated with golden flecks.
