This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on a single farm - Hacienda San José Real de la Carrera, El Salvador. We have paired this outstanding cacao with an aromatic tea blend from Exmoor Tea Co., & added a dash of milk. The citrus flavours of bergamot & orange in the tea perfectly complement the earthy cacao.
