The salty, umami flavours in the seaweed complement the deep nutty and earthy notes of the cacao perfectly.
About the cacao
Sur del Lago is translated as “south of the lake” and refers to the territory located south of the Maracaibo basin, which spans municipalities from the states of Zulia and Mérida.
