UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPHS - I need to have good quality face-on photographs to allow me to create your artwork as accurately as possible. You can do this by the following step-by-step.
1. Log on to your notonthehighstreet.com customer account
2. Click your name at the top of the page and go to ‘My Orders’
3. Find the relevant order and click the blue ‘Contact Seller’ button
4. Upload your photos using the text box at the bottom of the page (you are able to select more than one photo at a time by holding the ctrl button whilst selecting your photographs or highlighting a range of photos if you are on a Mac). Please note you have to provide text in the text box for photographs to upload successfully

Orders usually take 14-21 days from purchase to delivery. However, please note that this can fluctuate in seasonal times. If you are unsure about delivery time, please drop us an email with your ocassion date and we will respond as soon as we can. All prints are sent with Royal Mail First Class Signed For once proof has been confirmed and printed in the lab (3-4 days from confirmation).
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
