UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPHS - I need to have good quality face-on photographs to allow me to create your artwork as accurately as possible. You can do this by the following step-by-step.
1. Log on to your notonthehighstreet.com customer account
2. Click your name at the top of the page and go to ‘My Orders’
3. Find the relevant order and click the blue ‘Contact Seller’ button
4. Upload your photos using the text box at the bottom of the page (you are able to select more than one photo at a time by holding the ctrl button whilst selecting your photographs or highlighting a range of photos if you are on a Mac). Please note you have to provide text in the text box for photographs to upload successfully
A4 and A3 prints are delivered in a protective plastic sleeve in a hard-backed envelope. A2 prints are rolled up and delivered in a sturdy cardboard postal tube.
Variations
How long will my order take? Once you have uploaded your photographs please allow 21 days to receive your artwork proof. Once confirmed your print will be delivered to you in 2-4 working days (if unframed) and 5-7 working days (if framed)
The prints are available unframed or framed and you can choose from sizes A4, A3 and A2. Prints that are framed are mounted and ready to hang. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you require a size in particular.
