Calming and soothing Calendula has been used and trusted for centuries with its healing and inflammatory properties.Safflower Oil is an excellent source of essential fatty acids while gentle Apricot Kernel Oil is protective for sensitive skin. Antioxidant-rich Kalahari Melon Seed Oil is easily absorbed, helps to regenerate the skin and provide nourishing moisture. Baobab Oil softens the skin, improves elasticity and encourages cell regeneration. Borage, the oil of the delicate, blue star-shaped flower, is rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids and helps to lock in moisture.Bisabolol reduces the appearance of inflammation as it helps to calm and soothe irritated skin.Plant glycerine delivers hydration and a radiant glow.
TO USE:
Gently massage onto baby’s dry skin. Place baby into warm bath water, rinse and dry.
Alternatively, add 3-4 pumps to bathwater. The product will dissolve into the water without leaving an oily residue on baby or the bath.
Please note that this product can be used as a leave-on massage oil as well; you do not need to rinse it off. The emulsifier is also used to create creams and lotions, which make them perfectly safe to leave on the skin.
THE CHEMISTRY
Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate is a natural emulsifier produced from olive oil derived glycerine and sunflower seed oil. It is COSMOS approved, palm oil free and skin friendly. At Florian Botanicals we love the fact that no external heat is required to formulate with this emulsifier which help to reduce our environmental footprint.

Why?The top layer of a newborn’s skin is very thin. Over the first month, a baby’s skin starts the maturation process and develops its own natural protective barrier. It is best to let nature run its course. Around 6 weeks (longer in premature babies) the skin is a bit more mature. By now you and your baby had a chance to get to know each other and could benefit from incorporating baby massage into your routine, as touch is a wonderful way to communicate with your baby.
Aroma: As the individual raw materials blend, their natural fragrance creates a pleasant, slightly herbal smell.
Container: Clear glass recyclable bottle with a serum pump. This ensures no accidental spillage as well as easy and consistent volume dispensing.
