The Shipping Forecast names the British sea areas covered by daily BBC radio broadcasts on behalf of the Meteorological Office: Viking, North Utsire, South Utsire, Forties, Cromarty Forth, Tyne, Dogger, Fisher... Ideal for the Radio 4 listener, the sailor, the gardener, the angler or anyone who else who pays keen attention to the weather!
The original Shipping Forecast print was produced using vintage wood and metal type and printed on a vintage letterpress. The original stands in Rick and Jill Stein's The Seafood, Padstow and was also featured in the Telegraph.
We have reproduced the original as an A4 size set of four – the original has been professionally scanned, digitally enhanced, resized and then digitally printed with a beautifully weathered feel.
