Framed Papercut Manchester Bee Art

Our interpretation of the iconic Manchester Bee, papercut in black card and framed in a deep box frame.

The Manchester Bee symbol has become widely recognised to symbolise integrity, creativity and resilience. Living only 18 miles from the great city we wanted to create our own representation of the symbol, for people who like contemporary artwork but doesn't like following the crowd.

We wanted our bee to be intricate, strong and dramatic. The design is cut into black card and framed in a black box frame. This allows the design to create a stunning shadow in the frame when placed in a well lit space.

This picture is perfect for anyone who loves Manchester, the Stone Roses, Happy Monday's, New Order and the Industrial Revolution. Or just appreciates good art.
