Knit a set of cute and scary ghost and pumpkin decorations with our Halloween knitting patterns.
Suitable for knitters who have mastered the basics, these Halloween decorations are knitted flat and use increasing and decreasing to shape.
The pattern includes a full alphabet template so you can spell out any word you like on your ghosts and the step-by-step instructions show you how to make and decorate four ghosts and two different styles of pumpkin to decorate your house.
To make your ghosts you will need: Any white chunky yarn of your choice. We used one ball of Paintbox Yarns Simply Chunky in colour 302 (one ball should make 4 ghosts) To make your pumpkins you will need: Half a ball each of Sirdar Snuggly DK in Tangerine (489) and Sirdar Country Classic DK in Chartreuse (866), You'll also need some felt, sewing needles, 4mm and 4.5mm straight knitting needles, a little black DK yarn and some toy stuffing.
