Leith Spirits Gin

Exceptionally crisp and smooth, every delicious drop of this contemporary-style Gin dazzles with invigorating freshness. Crafted in our Edinburgh stillhouse in the heart of Leith.

Carefully crafted using botanicals from all four corners of the globe, it's exotic balance of citrus and juniper dances delightfully across the tongue.

Tasting notes:

Botanicals - Juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica and orris root, lime and orange peel, cassia and cinnamon bark, liquorice, ground nutmeg.

Aroma - Lime pastilles mixed with exotic coconut and a dash of fresh lemon juice with salt.

Palate - A glorious symphony of zesty citrus, sweet Kiwi fruit and tart gooseberries.

Finish - Refreshingly clean with an unmistakable aftertaste of juniper and a citrusy tang.
