Bougainville XO rum is bold, opulent and characterful. On the nose, the XO offers a heady, intricate blend of prunes, raisins, dried fruits and tobacco. It is opulent and velvety on the palate with generous notes of toffee, caramel and tobacco, with zesty finish.

This rum lingers tantalisingly before softening to a satisfyingly zesty and dry finish.

Using the same base spirit to produce the White moallses rum, it is now watered down to a little before being aged.

The XO is aged for a minimum of 6 year in in seasoned Olorroso Sherry and Pedro Ximinez barrels before being blended and bottled at 40% ABV
