Having pre-booked your day out with us, upon arrival simply make your way to the Welcome Building where the friendly RHS Visitor Service Team will assist you in checking in for your visit, giving you a map of the grounds, and a guidebook to enhance your day out.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year and we advsise booking two weeks in advance. There is no minimum age and children under 5 years old receive free entry.
