Instructors at the Smart School of Cookery will guide you through this Interactive, live cooking class as you learn the secrets behind each dish and how to use the right cookery techniques to replicate these tasty dishes at home. On the day you will sample and enjoy the dishes you create as you practice your new found skills.
A typical menu may include Turmeric Chicken Wings, Mint Home Smoked Pork Kebabs, Moroccan Lamb Meatball Tagine, and Spicy Singapore Noodles.
LOCATION. Unit 7, Block D, Port East - Canary Wharf - London. Cookery classes are also available in Danbury, Essex and Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. Classes run for approximately two hours on selected dates, week round but are subject to availability. The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old and there will be other people in the class on the day.
