WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. This experience is available Monday to Sunday, subject to availability, throughout the year but this excludes Christmas, New Year and Valentine's Day.
Please note that Friday and Saturday evening reservations can only be made 48 hours prior to the booking date. If you choose to book a Friday or Saturday evening outside of the 48 hours then the experience will be exchanged for the cash value and you will dine from the A La Carte menu with the value deducted from your bill.
