Handmade Moorland Hanging Ceramic Planter

Handmade ceramics from our studio on Dartmoor, Devon. This sophisticated hanging planter also makes a statement décor piece.

Being outside and enjoying our home environment has never been more precious until recently, so why not surprise someone you love (or yourself!) and brighten the garden or house with these sophisticated, handcrafted planters? What makes them particularly special is that each one is totally unique, so they'll look beautifully diverse when hanging near one another.

Natural, earthy, rustic tones inspired by Dartmoor where our studio is situated. The colours resemble the natural landscape: tors, forests, gorse and grassy hills. The natural clay, visible between the two glazes, bakes to a warm, cream colour.

Stoneware clay, glaze, waxed cotton string. Handwashing is advised.

Our practices aim to be as sustainble as possible. Some natures of ceramic production, such as the firing, are not as sustainable as we'd like them to be, however we are eco-friendly wherever we can. Pottery production is overall much less harmful for the environment and a good, long-lasting replacement for plastics.

We recycle our clay and use sustainable packaging.
