Fatherhood Ancient Greek Lino Print

Available in three different colour-ways: deep blue ink on rust, deep blue ink on stone and vintage gold ink on slate. Hand printed onto 135gsm GF Smith, FSC-certified paper stock, A3 in size. (Please note: the deep blue is showing up slightly darker in the photographs, but does shine as blue rather tha black).

An ancient greek lino print, with imagery symbolising fatherhood and masculinity in some form. The sun is masculine (as the moon is female etc), the palm leaf also represets masculinity and fertility and the tower which represents strength. This is a quirky print, which would make a great addition to any gallery wall, and perfect as a father's day gift.

As each one is handprinted, they will all vary ever so slightly. I have decided to hand print these, rather than use a press, as I feel the extra texture adds to the aged and vintage effect of the work.

Please note: at the moment these are printed to order, so dispatch time is two-three weeks - I will be building up stock as I print to offer quicker dispatch in a few weeks.
