Founded by Mona and Shaz Shah, parents of autistic son Ash, they are passionate about delivering social change and evolving the role that businesses can play in society for the better.

The social enterprise luxury chocolate manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire, empowers its neurodiverse workforce and encourages them to be involved in as many aspects of the business as possible.
