The pig is tasty from nose to tail and let’s celebrate that very thing! But this is no familiar/ordinary ‘cuts of meat’ diagram, but a more honest version of that oft-seen, yellowed poster in your local butcher.
This diagram is saying it how it is and what’s 'chump' or 'scrag-end' anyway? Printed in 'piggy pink' on front and back in Great Britain. Have a Gander's Peter Gander drew the original in ink and brush, with hand-lettered sections.
