Vintage Camera Illustration Print

This is a print of my original illustration hand drawn in ink, with collage of a vintage Canon AE-1 SLR camera.

There has been a recent resurgence to go back to using the old style film cameras instead of digital photography. Photographers are prefering the old fashion style results from traditional film and the element of surprise when developing the film.

The Canon AE-1 was the work horse SLR of it's time.

My designs use an eclectic mix of printed papers, unusual vintage imagery, selected fabrics, stitch work and linear drawing combined with watercolours and collage. My work is described as “delicate and intricate needing closer inspection to see the hidden imagery and raised surfaces”, creating stylish, high quality artwork that is refreshing and fun.
