Although this whisky is smoky and peaty, there is a pear like sweetness to balance the flavour profile. The scotch is reminiscent of its origins with notes of heather, sweet seaweed and pepper. A perfect after dinner dram on the big day. We have also included a duo from Larkfire. Wild Water for Whisky is sourced on the Isle of Lewis for its very low mineral content and purity.
