Monograms are only available in 3 letter form, the surname always goes in the centre and is larger, so that Frank Albert Sinatra would be written FSA. In the example featured the initials are AOD. Please note the D for the surname (eg Dixon) is placed in the centre. We do not charge for the monogram.
