Hiver's original flagship beer is a dry, crisp and refreshing blonde that has now won several wards as well as helping Hiver to be 'Winner of Britain's Next Top Supplier' in 2014. We use honey as an ingredient, as is traditional to this beer style, rather than as an additive. This means that much of the sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain.
Our Session IPA has a digestive malt base and a refreshing hoppy aftertaste. Perfect on it's own or alongside curries and mature cheeses.
We’re buzzing. This is our first forage into cider and we think we’ve pipped it. Why? Because we’re replacing up to a whopping 48g of refined/processed white sugar in every pint of cider with pure, natural honey. And, as we’re supporting our local orchards and beekeepers, it’s all-British too, which makes this medium-dry cider even more tangy, moreish and delicious.
Our Cider has come into bee-ing after the wonderful customers from our webshop and Taproom asked us for it...and so ta-da here it is. Cheers!
