You can easily capture fingerprints at home using a pencil, sellotape and paper, or can choose to use our ink fingerprint kit. Alternatively we can work with fingerprints you already have. Fingerprints are sized to fit perfectly, so we are able to work with fingerprints from people of any age, although it's best to wait until very young babies are at least 6 months old. To return your prints simply e-mail a high resolution scan or close-up photo of your fingerprint to us. You can do this via NOTHS by clicking on "my account" above, and selecting my orders > contact the seller > choose files.
Our jewellery and accessories are carefully made to order using your unique prints, and time is needed to make this item - check the delivery tab for more detail. If time is short, or if you won't be able to take prints without spoiling the surprise, then consider giving the print kit initially, with the promise of a unique hand made piece of jewellery to follow. This way the recipient can also enjoy the print taking process.
