* All the specialist ingredients (rice flour, plain flour, coconut milk powder, dry active yeast) in exact quantities required to make 20 hoppers

* Our easy to follow step by step recipe card, with lots of tips to make the perfect crispy hopper

* Loyalty Card

Allergens: Gluten & milk protein (sodium caseinate). Ingredients originally packed in an environment which may contain nuts, soya, mustard, sesame seeds, milk and gluten.

Equipment needed: hoppers must be cooked over a gas hob or a gas camping stove (using a specialist hopper pan) - please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
