This Smoking Chips Sampler features six of our most popular smoking woods and is the perfect introduction to using wood smoke flavour in your outdoor cooking on a regular BBQ, no fancy kit required. Beautifully packaged in a kraft box with printed sleeve, the Sampler features pure smoking wood chips covering the full smoke flavour spectrum from strong to subtle giving you just the right wood smoke flavour for all your outdoor cooking projects. All you need is a handful of smoking chips, wrap in a foil pouch and place directly on your heat source - charcoal or gas. As the chips heat up they will release their delicious smoky flavour, infusing your food as it gently cooks. Flavours include subtle Beech and Alder for delicate seafood and vegetables, mellow flavoured Cherry, Apple or Maple for chicken and pork or the more robust tones of Oak for meats and fish.
