As our workshop is run by humans who very occasionally make an error or a mistake in the process of creating your personalised orders, we wanted to create a product where we could recycle - in this instance, the personalised passport holder that is still in fantastic condition and has just had a small error. So many products that could be reused or re-homed are being put straight into landfill and this is just one of the ways we can do our bit to help reduce waste!

We emboss our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you, we are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.
