Create a charcuter-tree
It’s surprisingly easy to create your very own graze board tree. The only tricky part is not tucking into it before your guests arrive. But we won’t judge if you do…
Start by choosing your nibbles. It’s best to go for a variety of flavours, textures and colours. Here we’ve arranged walnuts, apricots, cucumber, blackberries, cured meats, cranberries and slices of cheese to create the base.
Begin by shaping your tree. To do this, start arranging your different ingredients onto a large wooden board in a triangle shape. This works really well if you alternate between different nibbles in horizontal bands. Then for a little extra Christmas magic add a few finishing touches – fresh rosemary to create some branches, redcurrant berries and a star cut out from cheese as a little tree topper. We told you it was easy.
Put your spin on things
It’s the little details that make a tablescape really special. Here’s how to add a personal touch to your festive party with the help of the UK’s best small brands.
