Jan Constantine Tropical Cockatoo Cushion

The striking Jan Constantine Sulphur Crested Cockatoo Cushion is exquisitely appliquéd and hand embroidered in pure wool felt. He’s a fine specimen of a bird, adorned with beautiful cream and yellow plumage and sitting centre stage upon a black background surrounded by tropical leaves. The edges are blanket stitched by hand in green and there is a two button opening on the back. Jan created this design after meeting one of these beauties while staying with friends in the Australian sub tropical rain forest.
