This beautiful red and duck egg blue felt wool Edelweiss Dove Cushion will make a perfect gift for a wedding as well as a wonderful addition to your Christmas cushion collection.
The appliquéd doves are stitched in antique gold thread and the delicate Alpine flora is hand embroidered in the old fashioned way with blanket stitch, chain stitch and French knots and the whole scene is bordered with jolly red scallops. The edges of the cushion are blanket stitched with contrast thread and the cushion opens on the back with 2 mother of pearl buttons.
